Vendor take back's are allowed as long as you have at least 10% down payment accumulated and not borrowed
No gifted down payments allowed
Max amortization is 25 years, 35 year amortizations available on exception only
20/20 pre-payment privileges
Must be discharged from bankruptcy - Discharged from bankruptcy one day is ok on case by case basis.
