The way this product works is simple: You get qualified now and provide the purchase contract from builder along with employment confirmation and down payment info and we negotiate a rate at a major lender for you.
The rates we will offer is very competitive and in the event the interest rates start to rise, you will benefit from today's rates even if rates are higher at time of possession.
