Some key guidelines of the 85% rental refinance are:

Single family dwelling and Town homes only Max amortization is 30 years
1 to 4 units
In centers with population of 25,000 or more
50% of rental income used to qualify
Full income documents required (No stated income)
Max 40% TDSR
Closing date must be within 60 days of submission
